Bio for Rick Sullivan

Rick has a vast amount of human resources experience as a human resources generalist. He describes himself as a business person first who specializes in human resources. Rick spent 17 years with Harris Bank in Chicago where he learned and honed his HR skills. He then joined American Appraisal Associates (a national business valuation consulting firm) in Milwaukee, WI as head of HR. He left AAA to take a unique opportunity at Rugby Building Products to start up and form an HR function for a national wholesale distributor of building materials. Rugby was sold in the late 90's, he joined the Gas Operations Di vision of Airgas (a national manufacturer and distributor of industrial and medical gases and dry ice) as head of Human Resources. Again, Rick took a situation and formed a HR function for a company that had grown by acquisition. Rick received a BSBA in economics from Xavier University and an MBA with a double major of finance and management from DePaul University.
