Bio for Chuck Muzzy

With more than seventeen years in human resources management, Chuck is experienced in developing and implementing long term solutions to complex human resource issues that help to meet strategic business objectives. He brings a wealth of consulting and advisory experience to his current career in human resources and takes great pride in helping managers improve the morale and productivity of their workforce. Throughout his career, a major objective has been to promote business sustainability and avoid legal problems that cause companies to lose focus on their core business.

Chuck has worked in a variety of industries, including banking, building material distribution and manufacturing, electrical and electronic distribution manufacturing as well as HR outsourcing. He has worked with companies that have both a national and international presence, and has worked independently with no direct reports and with as many as six human resource direct reports.

Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and two graduate degrees in human resources including a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management.
